Recent Event: Commemorating Swamiji’s visit to Belgaum

Swami Vivekananda arrived in Belgaum on 16th October 1892 for 12 days stay. This year, his visit was commemorated on 16th and 17th of October 2025. A symbolic welcome was accorded to Swamiji on 16th morning. Mahaprasad was served to more than 2000 persons in the afternoon. A Satsang was arranged in the evening in which Swami Satyeshanandaji Maharaj, Assistant General Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math participated. A monoact in Hindi titled Maryada Purushottam Sri Ram was enacted by Sri Damodar Ramadasi. The program was attended by 1000 people.

On 17th, a Youth convention for medical students was organized. Swami Satyeshanandaji and Dr Vishal Rao of HCG Bangalore guided the students. Swami Mokshatmanandaji conducted guided meditation session. About 350 students participated.
